Cancellation and Privacy Policies

Cancellation policy

As we are a group accommodation, cancelling a trip is for us a total loss as no group of 20-40 persons plan a trip only 3 weeks in advance. Therefore our strict cancellation policy.

For a 50% payment/refund, cancellation must be made 4 weeks prior to listing's local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in, otherwise no refund.
